Every session is custom, private, and personalized to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re booking a one-on-one experience or gathering a group, these sessions are thoughtfully designed around your needs, your space, and your intention. This is not your typical studio class setting. This is yoga created for you. We begin with a conversation to understand what you’re looking for, how you want to feel, and what kind of experience you’d like to create. From there, I build a personalized session that may include a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and moments of stillness to support connection within yourself and with those around you. These custom private sessions can be held in a variety of settings—from the comfort of your home, to outdoor spaces, to wellness studios or retreat-style environments. Each experience is designed to feel accessible, supportive, and aligned with your group’s energy. Offerings may include: • Private 1:1 yoga sessions • Small or large group classes • Team and workplace wellness sessions • Retreats and special gatherings • Celebrations and meaningful life moments Meditation can be woven into any session or on its own, offering space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Whether you’re looking for gentle grounding, intentional movement, or a shared experience with others, each session is created with care and purpose. Let’s co-create something meaningful together. Pricing is customized based on your specific needs and may vary depending on location, travel, group size, style of practice, and level of personalization. Offerings include Vinyasa, VinYin (a blend of Vinyasa and Yin), and Yin yoga. Each session is thoughtfully designed to align with your intention and desired experience. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a mutually agreed upon date and time, and will be applied toward your total balance.
