Hi, I'm Kimberly.

I'm a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound practitioner passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and simply be.

My journey into yoga began as a personal practice and evolved into a calling to share the tools that have helped me cultivate greater awareness, connection, and presence in my own life. Today, I guide experiences that blend movement, breath, meditation, and sound, offering opportunities for both exploration and rest.

Before stepping into this work, I spent nearly 20 years in banking. While I am grateful for that chapter, I felt a strong pull toward a different path. What began as a decision to enroll in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training as part of my own personal growth and healing journey became something much more.

At the time, I had no plans to teach. In fact, I told myself that if I was truly meant to be a yoga teacher, the opportunities would open naturally without forcing them. To my surprise, they did. One door opened, then another, and another. Through dedication, hard work, and a willingness to trust the unknown, I found myself doing something I never imagined: helping others connect with themselves through yoga, meditation, and sound.

I believe there is wisdom within each of us. My role is not to fix, heal, or provide all the answers, but rather to offer practices that help you tune into your own experience and discover what feels true for you.

Beyond teaching, I have a deep love for creativity. I manage social media for multiple businesses, enjoy photography, and love helping others share their stories and connect with their communities. Creating, whether through movement, imagery, words, or experiences, has become an important part of who I am.

Taking a leap of faith into the unknown was one of the scariest decisions I've ever made, but it was also one of the best. I'm still learning, growing, and figuring things out along the way. What continues to inspire me most is the incredible community that has formed around this journey. I feel deeply grateful for the people I've met, the connections I've built, and the opportunity to do work that feels meaningful.

And when I'm not teaching, creating, or planning my next project, you'll likely find me spending time with my dog, Rocket. He's my world. Whether we're exploring a park, visiting the river, or simply enjoying a quiet day together, he reminds me daily to stay present and appreciate the simple moments.

When you're ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.
