Each sound bath session is custom, private, and personalized to create a space for deep rest, reflection, and connection. Whether you’re booking a one-on-one experience or gathering a group, these sessions are thoughtfully designed around your intention, your environment, and the energy you wish to cultivate. This is not a passive experience. It is an invitation to turn inward. We begin with a conversation to understand what you’re seeking and how you’d like to feel. From there, I create a personalized sound experience that may include meditation, gentle guidance, and the use of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The vibrations and frequencies of sound offer a pathway to connect more deeply with the body, allowing you to simply receive and notice what arises. There is no right or wrong way to experience sound. There is nothing to force. Just space to allow. These custom private sessions can be held in a variety of settings, from the comfort of your home, to outdoor spaces, to wellness studios or retreat-style environments. Each experience is created to feel supportive, grounding, and aligned with your group’s needs. Offerings may include: • Private 1:1 sound bath sessions • Small or large group experiences • Team and workplace wellness sessions • Retreats and special gatherings • Celebrations and meaningful life moments Meditation is woven throughout the experience, offering moments to settle, observe, and reconnect. Whether you’re seeking stillness, curiosity, or a shared experience with others, each session is crafted with intention and care. Let’s co-create a space to pause, listen, and be. Pricing begins at a base rate and may vary depending on location, travel, group size, and the level of customization requested. Sound bath sessions start at $300 for up to 8 participants, with additional guests at $30 per person. Capacity and pricing may adjust based on the space selected for your experience. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a mutually agreed upon date and time, and will be applied toward your total balance.
