Vin/Yin Yoga

A beautifully balanced 60-minute yoga class designed to energize your body and calm your mind. This unique class combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga, where breath and movement unite to build strength and flexibility, with the grounding stillness of Yin yoga, which targets deep connective tissues and promotes relaxation.

A slow, quiet practice that cultivates stillness, softness, and acceptance. Most of the Yin shapes are seated hip openers designed to gently release and lengthen the fascia of the hips and lower back. Shapes are grouped by anatomical archetypes designed to target different areas of the body and stimulate flow through the energy channels.
